A beautiful antique jacket of the late Victorian period in a dark midnight velvet. An astounding piece that has been hand-finished with black floral lace and intricate jet beading. However, for us, the most wonderful part of this rare item is the V-shaped butterfly which sits upon the lower back. In remarkable condition, it is still very wearable and could be styled with all manner of outfits. Equally, it is a wonderful restoration/investment piece for any serious collectors of this period.
