A beautiful small antique Hungarian Matyó embroidered doily, dating from around 1890–1920. The piece is gorgeous, covered in vivid hand-worked flowers in a variety of colours, and finished with long fringe around every edge.
An antique item that will bring a bit of soul and character to any room, you can imagine it resting beneath a lamp, vase, or some other treasured item in the corner of a room. Whilst it has a slightly gothic feel, the bright colours bring a wonderful balance. We love it.
