Authentic 1960s/70s Classic Black Genuine Leather Go-Go Boots

A rather rare find, particularly in classic black leather, these original 1960s/1970s Go-Go knee-high boots are fantastic. The genuine black leather has developed a beautiful patina over the decades, and it is so cool to imagine the lives and experiences these boots have seen – and yet they have much more life to give. With zip sides and a substantial and sturdy platform heel imbued with the nostalgia of that era, unlike the modern, fast-fashion replicas, these have the weight, soul, and character that only true vintage design and leather can provide.

Condition:

They are in a well-worn vintage condition, but this only adds to their look. The leather shows a creasing and softening throughout. There is one minor scruff on the right heel, though this could be easily touched up with polish and is not noticeable when wearing. The original insoles are degrading and need replacing, leaving a slight yellow residue on socks. We recommend adding a comfortable slim-fit cushioned insole. Structure is excellent.
