Rescued from a life of being sat beneath tea cups, crumbs and plates, we are so happy to present our latest slow-fashion project: taking old vintage tablecloths made from exquisite fabrics and giving them another life in the form of vintage-inspired dresses. The fabrics are sourced by us, then cut, sewn, and stitched with care and pride in our little English home. Every dress has a hand-stitched collar and French seams throughout. Due to the unique nature of the process and the fabrics used, please expect slight variations here and there. This only serves to make each dress more special.
Made by hand from a gorgeous antique lace, express your inner Florence Welch and Stevie Nicks with this unique handmade slow-fashion statement. It has a small cut on the front (pictured) which we believe to be part of the manufacturing process, and there are a couple of slits, but these do not affect the wear and they are not fragile. If you wish to pop a few stitches in to fix these slits that would be perfectly possible.
