Vintage 1970s Marion Donaldson Liberty Fabric Floral Sundress

Plucked from our personal collection, this is a very pretty 1970s Marion Donaldson sundress in mint and lilac florals. With a beautifully romantic lace-up bodice with tiers of fine cotton lace, the tie shoulders, full underskirt lining and softly gathered maxi skirt give this piece a real English prairie feel. The ribbon-laced front provide an extra lovely feminine touch, and this particularly early piece by famed Marion Donaldson would be gorgeous for a summer wedding, holiday, or styled with boots and knitwear when autumn and winter arrive.

Vintage size 10, best suited to a modern UK 6–8. Shown on a 34" bust where it is snug.

Condition:

Very good vintage condition with no flaws noted. The hem has been reversibly taken up by around 3", but he full original length can be restored if preferred.
