A beautiful and rare prairie style for 1970s Laura Ashley. Unusually, even as collectors, we had not come across this particular style before. with its gorgeous cinched waist and floor-length skirt. A 'Made in Carno' piece, it has a gorgeous high collar, gorgeous frill sleeves, and is composed of 100% cotton. It is an Edwardian looking piece, and it is remarkably flattering. The deep purple/blue looks like the North Sea beneath a full moon, and the ditsy floral print is a perfect accompaniment to this romantic, cottagecore dream.
