Vintage Quad 1970s Medieval Revival Folk Maxi Dress

A magnificent 1970s medieval-revival maxi dress by cult favourite brand Quad, made in white woven fabric with an emerald green bodice that is so deep and dark it is almost black. There are some lovely details to this dress, such as the rope embroidery around the bust and waist which wraps around the bell sleeves, creating an image fitting for a Renaissance portrait. The piece is fully lined and fastens at the back with a zip and hook-and-eye at the neck. An utterly perfect find for the those Romantic/Folk/Medieval Revival enthusiasts.

Condition

Good vintage condition overall and has been professionally dry-cleaned. There are very mild yellowed spots across the fabric which are difficult to capture in photographs and not particularly noticeable when worn. The lining around the neckline also has some slight yellowing. Some of the left underarm seam has come slightly undone, though this could be repaired easily enough.
