Pre Order – The Beatrice Block Printed Bloomers in Mustard Yellow Gingham

It's almost time, and we are buzzing to launch our 'Beatrice' bloomers in the coming weeks. They bring together so much of what we love: traditional Indian block printing, the classic prettiness of gingham check, and the beautiful old-fashioned bloomer shape, which has its roots in the nineteenth century, and is now enjoying a well-deserved resurgence in admiration. With these trousers we wished to do something a tad different by bringing together the beauty of block printing with antique style, creating something that feels uniquely nostalgic and fresh.

Designed at home in England and ethically made in Rajasthan, India, each pair is made from 100% cotton to an exceptionally high standard, with French seams throughout. They have a comfortable elasticated waist and, naturally, pockets, because men aren't the only ones who require pockets – women also need somewhere to put their hands, phone, and empty crisp packets. 

These are trousers that radiate with the warmth of spring and summer, but are very much wearable all year round to brighten up those gloomy and grey British days. Please also see the accompanying top which can also be pre-ordered now.
