Rare Vintage 1970s Red Block Print Quilted Midi Dress
Details
The beauty of real Indian block print never fails to astound us, and this 1970s Indian block print dress, in a red with cream and grey florals, is so lovely. Made from an unusually thick, weighty cotton, it has a quilted waistcoat-style bodice attached to the dress, fabric-covered buttons and pretty contrasting trims through the neckline, waist and cuffs. The colour makes it especially good for autumn with boots, or for a summer day out with sandals and a basket bag. We cannot be certain, but we believe this may be an Anokhi or an Adini.
