The Beatrice Bloomers in Ocean Blue Gingham | Traditionally Made and Hand Block Printed

We are absolutely buzzing to launch our 'Beatrice' bloomers. With this design we wanted to do something a little different, whilst also maintaining the soul and character of our previous work. These trousers bring together so much of what we love: the handmade craft of Indian block printing, the neverending prettiness of gingham check, and the old-fashioned bloomer shape, which has its roots in the 19th century, and is now enjoying a well-deserved resurgence in popularity and admiration. In bringing together these elements, we've created something that feels uniquely nostalgic and fresh all at once. 

Designed at home in England, then ethically created by a women-centric team of artisans in Rajasthan, India, each pair is made from 100% natural cotton to an exceptionally high standard with French seams throughout. They have an elasticated waist for comfort and ease, alongside spacious pockets, because we will never stop the fight in the name of feminine pockets! Women equally need somewhere to put their phone, hands, and empty chocolate packets. 

These are trousers that radiate with the warmth of spring and summer, but are very much wearable all year round to brighten up those gloomy and grey British days. Oh, and please check for the matching top!
