Likely from the 1960s or early 1970s, this is a gorgeous handmade vintage velvet maxi dress in nice earthy shades of moss green, khaki, brown and antique gold. Its unusual pattern may be block-printing (our favourite), although we cannot confirm that. It has a high funnel neck, fitted waist, full skirt, and even has a matching green zip at the back. A beautiful folk/medieval revival style gown that would not be out of place at a candle-lit banquet in some haunted old castle.

Condition
Lovely vintage condition. There are a few very faint marks to the front, several other small marks here and there, and some pale, slightly rough areas, but these are not noticeable when worn. Some of the tacking has also come slightly loose along one area of the hem but this could be fixed with ease.
